Another Starting Issue (Read through many posts and can't find one similar)

2005 20i with a Marine Power unit.

Boat ran fine all of last year and I stored it for winter and when I went to start it, I am getting a weird ticking noise coming from the engine compartment that I have never heard before. The ticking starts when I turn the key to the right (power position) when the annoying alarm starts buzzing and your fuel pump starts to prime. The ticking starts before I even try to turn the engine over (and the engine will still turn over and start). It is an incosistent ticking (tick.......tick tick...... tick.... tick tick tick.....). Any one have this issue or have any imput?

Maybe see if you can get some video or record the sound on your phone?

Going to be a relay issue, back of the engine there should be three of them in a row. What's the starting issue?
