my bad ridintigewake, i meant were in the boat. i just bought a sir-cl2 off ebay. nobody local had one. one place said that the sir-cl1 is the same tuner as the sir-cl2, just doesn't come with the antenna. West Marine had the sir-cl1 listed for $160, and the sra-40 antenna for $80, ouch!

I ran my antenna up through the underneath of my glove box, right to the front of the windsheild. Its kind of hard to describe but ill see if i cant get a pic of it tonight and post it.

I would like to see the install as well. Just out of curiosity do you ride on Lake Chesdin, Lake Anna, or somewhere else??? I will be visiting family up there in July and am thinking of towing the boat up as well.

What is your model and color scheme??? I am in a 2005 22V with tower, white deck and upper hull panel, then the royal blue end triangles and transom with a dark blue bottom. If we make it out I will try to let you know.
