    Electrical gremlins! Help!

My boat is a 2009 RZ4. I have an electrical problem that I just can't figure out. The switches on the helm light up orange like they're supposed to. But only the Nav lights work. No blower, bilge, courtesy lights. Etc. I have two brand new batteries and I don't see any loose wires that were overlooked. Where do I start!?

    Thanks,
    Daniel

Under the helm, there are two white main switches that kill power to the 2 rows in the breaker box. Make sure those are both on. and then double and triple check to make sure you did not miss a battery cable. Theres so many, its easy to do.

It should also be obvious but next to those white switches are circuit breakers, make sure they are all pushed in. You sometime have to feel them and push them all in because sometimes if they pop they don't always pop out as far as they should.

I did check the white switches and the buttons. All seems to be pushed in and on. I had the shop put in new batteries, so maybe they missed something when reattaching everything.

What is that relay/breaker looking thing right above the batteries?? What is it for and what does it do?
