2005 22v wiring in the stern.. can't tell what it is for

I'm trying to figure out what an unused pair of wires are in the port, stern above the battery.
There is a black ground wire with a ring connector and a grey wire with a dark green stripe on it with a spade connector.

All I can read on the faded label is.... som mote lt
Not sure if it stands for transom remote light... but can't find the same colored wire under the dash.

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I would take a volt meter to those leads and then turn on all the switches one at a time until you see voltage on the gray/green wire.

I dont think underwater lights were an option in 05, but could be. Could be the illumination for the transom stereo remote or shower.
