Has anybody seen or used one of these things?

It looks like a pretty cool deal, for those of use that don't yet have an ipod...especially if you can plug one of those computer usb memory sticks into it and play your music from there. $26 bucks for the modulator and another $30 bucks for the memory stick and you're good to go. Seems like a way qucik and easy, not to mention cheap way to get me through the season. Anybody tried it?

I have something like that for my car. It works pretty good, but not as good as an adapter that plugs into your CD changer.
I get a little static some times.
