Wetsounds Syn1 Blinking Code question

I looked in the manual and I can not find out what code my SYN 1 is blinking...

It is an alternating Red, Blue, Red, Blue, etc... No pauses, its continuous and the amp is not working at the moment.

I would like to try and fix it, before I have to take it to Forte's for warranty work.

It soumds like either a code 11 thermal or its trying to power on and the battery voltage low.

Hopefully it is just low voltage

The low voltage idea may have something to do with it... but I have checked both batteries and they are showing the correct voltage on my multimeter. What is really odd, is that when I turn off the ignition on the boat, the fan on that particular amp stays running. I have to turn my Perko switch off to completely power off that amp.
