I think this is officially , but I'll stop after this. Yeah the top of the windscreen is not perfectly aligned with the windshield, but it is square everywhere else. It is so minor that I can live with it. All I can figure is the windshield itself is off slightly.

So thanks to you all for pointIng out yet another issue I need to address. After reading this thread, it got me wondering if I have the same problem as I too just re-did my whole stereo system. Sure as it, I have this problem. I haven't had the boat out yet but it would be EXTREEMLY annoying. I looked at the attached thread and verified with my local stereo expert and confirmed that the capacitor is the right fix. Thanks again. I'll let you know how it works out.

Capacitors worked. Cheapest fix ever. $1.00.

Sweet! Where did you put the capacitor? Close to the button near the lever or near the relay? How did you ground them?

Near the taps motor right before the quick disconnect. I grounded them to the motor ground (black wire).
