My TAPS was working and now it is not. The switch omh's out good, both up and down. The red wire has 12 volts at the switch but by the pump I get nothing 0 volts. Between the black and blue or yellow or green with the switch in any direction. No noise from the relay, pump or hyd movement. What's the issue, any other fuse to look for or is it the relay? Please help...

I think it has both a relay and fuse. The relays have been known to go out. Try this link and do a search. I bet you can find something that will help you.
