I am a new to owning a boat and bought a 2003 21i riders edition and have had a couple issues that I fixed from just reading post on this forum(impeller,fuel boost pump,trans slip) and i appreciate everybody sharing their knowledge. Now I am stumped, recently when the ignition is on or started the tach guage is beeping rapidly and switching from air to water temp until the ignition is turned off, also noticed tach was reading high when above 1500 rpms. Is this a engine alarm or is that buzzer located somewhere else under the dash. Could the tach need to be replaced or repaired.
