Under the helm, there is a breaker box with 2 white switches. Make sure they are swithed up in the on position.

When you use the switch on the throttle, do you hear any clicking?

If no, then it is a result of no power going to the relay box under the dash. There are three wires under the dash - red, white, and black (in a grey sheath). Make sure the connections are all tight as the come from the throttle. These three wires then go into a larger harness. They then go into a black box, with the relays. You may need to replace this TAPS box.

If you do hear clicking - there is a problem between the relays and the motor. There is a 4 pin connector just before your hydraulic motor. Although the connections might look good, triple check them that they are tight.

If you're ok jumping wires, I can tell you how to direct wire the motor to test that it is working.

Good that they are clicking, easy to diagnose.

Find the 4 pin connector. There should be a green, black, blue and ? wire. DO NOT connect the green wire to anything - it is for a pressure sensor.

Pull apart the connector. You will be hooking up to the pump side of the connector. Hook the black wire to the negative of a 12V battery. Hook the blue to the +. The pump should start. If you put the + lead onto the other wire (NOT the green), the pump should run in the other direction.

If the motor just clicks, but does not "humm", then you'll need a new hydraulic motor. I have pulled the motor apart and fixed them - they're not too bad. Possible just one or both of the brushes on the inside is shot.
