several times now my boat just shuts off while cruzing.If I wiggle the wiring harness I can get it to start again. I can also make it cut out when I wiggle it a little bit.its the harness accross the front off motor by the distributer. any ideas? its an 01 21v

It's my understanding that the pins can get bent or corroded at the main connector (looks like a big plug). When my dealer and I talked about this as a possibility for another issue I was having, he recommended pulling it apart, cleaning it with an electronics cleaner and putting it back together again. They suggested also wrapping it with electrical tape to protect it from water.

there were 2 zip ties on it when I took it apart i will put em back on after tape. that should keep it from pullin apart.theres some sort of grease in there too
