2004 24v gauge help

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but recently picked up a 2004 24v. Speedo doesnt work. Depth finder always stuck at 78 ft. Ive read that if the wheels under and at the back of the boat spin, then it's usually electrical or the gauge itself.

I cant find replacements i plan to check with manufacturer about repairing, but guessing they dont do ones that old.

What do you recommend?

Are they Faria gauges? They'll repair some of the basic ones like fuel or oil pressure but not the gauges that have the LCD in them for depth, hours, things like that.

I got lucky and was able to find an old set from a wrecked boat. Otherwise, my plan was to build a harness to use other generic Faria gauges and just go without the digital readouts.
