Having the same intermittent problem on my 2016 RZ2. Go to the lake, and everything will be fine. I stop to collect a rider, and when I turn the key with the throttle in neutral, there is no crank. Then, randomly, it fires the starting sequence a couple of attempts later. How did this eventually get solved for you guys?
