Medallion Instrumentation Systems

Anybody have any in-depth technical documentation for Medallion Instrumentation Systems on the earlier Z Series (more specifically the 2013 Z3) Tige's? The problem I have right now is that the display brighten/dim button is not working and creating a serious visibility issue at night where it is too bright and essentially blinds the driver to the lake ahead. Additionally I am curious as to what all the extra RCA jacks and other ports are for on the under-dash control boxes. I have tried contacting the company but they have not responded to my requests for information. Anyone have anything documentation wise or a direct contact at the company?

Do you know how it operates or has it begun having problems? I’m not trying to be a smart ***, but I think you have to double tap one of the buttons while on the Home Screen. I have to play with it a few times each spring to remember.
