burning smell and a bit of smoke came from my amp (mx 700)tower speakers do not work or sub the boat speakers work there is 2 amps a mx350 as well all fitted when boat came from factory any help

It will be hard to telll from your post at the moment what might be happening or has happened. You aren't in St. Louis are you? Hopefully Zad is not helping you.
What year is the boat? Tige never came with MX amps. They did come with ZX amps. Can you tell us more about the system?
The typical Tige installation with Kicker amps had the subwoofer powered on the same amp as the in-boat speakers. The 350.4 powered the tower speakers.
SO, for the sub not to work is a bit of a surprise, since the other in-boat speakers are still working. Do you have two or four tower speakers? What speakers are in the boat?

j8159, so you know, the Zad query is a joke.. There is another person who hangs out here who almost fried his head unit while trying to install it. Smoking stereos and Zad are sort of a runnig joke around here...
Let us know what you can and I bet we can figure out how to take care of you. I am the Kicker guy that hangs out here, so I am pretty familiar with these amps. If smoke came out or the amp, it for sure is damaged. You probably will need to return it to us for repair. How long have you owned the boat?

Don't feel bad. I had a ZX750.1 that smoked like that on me last year. It sucked. It ran all weekend, and then the last day I turned on the stereo and POOF!!!!Being a major OU fan and a staunch conservative.... I am perpetually vexed w/ the conundrum of who to hate more.
