    Wetsounds 485

Sorry to post this on here, I've sent a few emails and I'm not getting anywhere with emails to Justin or the info line @ Wetsounds.com.

    Tim,
I was missing the 3 screws that hold one of the "u" brackets to the speaker housing on my 485, any chance you could send those out to me please???? (personal email is nucsol@msn.com)

Also, is there anyway to spread the mounts apart, like an adapter or anything? The support bars in the middle of my tower are too wide so the 485 will not fit in the middle of my tower. Thanks for any help.

ps. not getting any help from Justin is really not my normal experience, I've always had great luck and awesome help from you guys so this incident is not the norm.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

jason, sorry about that. Justin has been out of the office in and out last week. Best option is always the phone 877-938-7757. Justin, Omar or Gyver can always help you out

He got back with me today. No worries. As I stated, he's always been awesome so I figured probably something was going on. I wasn't in a hurry so I thought I'd wait for him to get back to me at his convenience.... after a week or so I thought he'd just forgotten or something had happened. All set now!!

btw, you should make some expander brackets for the 485 to spread the mounts out further for towers with center supports

      thanks for the reply.

        Jason,

You could always make a straight bar with end caps and hang it w/ some clamps. Then you'd have exactly what you need.

Problem w/ the center supports is you'd have to turn the clamps 90 degrees to make them work. I don't think there's swivel clamps for the 485's are there? And even if there were, I don't think they turn 90*.

I def. agree with you on Justin! Always been great to work with, along w/ Guyver. Omar.... well... I'll just call back later when the others are in if I get him. Work on his product knowledge Tim.

Justin is great to work with. I have had nothing but excellent service from him. Right now it is best to call him since it seems he is backlogged in the email front.
