Sony remotes...

hi all

I have a sony headunit (CDX-HR70MW) and a RM-X55M remote .

I have been doing a little research and think that I can add a second remote, in this case the RM-X11M, with the use of a 3.5mm Y connector. It will fill the hole where my clarion drivers remote used to sit...will it work?

That will work perfectly for you. Make sure all connections are firmly snapped, then shrink-wrap or tape them, just to be sure.

The exact installation you ar speaking of is common on many production boats.
