2009 Tower of Power questions

- Clarion Marine CD/MP3 audio head unit
- Wet Sounds XS-650 200-watt coaxial speakers (6)
- Wet Sounds 10” XS 350-watt subwoofer
- Wet Sounds Syndicate 1,000-watt power amp
- Wet Sounds Syndicate 700-watt power amp
- Wet Sounds PRO 60 150-watt tower speakers (2)
- Digital driver remote
- Auxiliary audio input

What model is the Clarion head unit?
- CMD5 (2008)
- CMD6 (2009)

What model is the "Digital driver remote?"
- CMRC1-SB (2008)
- CMRC2-SB (2008)
- CMRC1-BSS (2008)
- CMRC2-BSS (2008)
- MW1 (2009)
- MW2 (2009)

Is the optional "Digital transom remote" the same as the driver remote?

Is the Wet Sounds Syndicate 1,000-watt power amp the "Syn 6" model?

What model is the "Wet Sounds Syndicate 700-watt power amp?"

For anyone who may have the answers to these questions, do you know how it is wired (head unit => amps => speakers) from the factory?

I could wait for delivery to reverse engineer but there is not much else to do in 20 degree weather in Cincinnati. I'll draw up a schematic to share if I can get the information.

yes, SYN-6 running the 3 pairs of XS-650. So bow off one set of chs (1-2). 2 pairs in center of boat off other 2 chs (3-4) And XS-10FA Dual 4 ohm in parallel so 2 ohms off ch 5. Ch 6 is not used. Could add a second 10 inch or step up to a 12 inch and bridge chs 5-6 for 600 watts x 1 at 4 ohms. Will even drive the XS-XXX!!

Syn-2 is running a pair of 2 pairs of PRO 60's depending on what you get. So either 200x2 at 4 ohms for the single pair or 350x2 for the 2 pairs at 2 ohms.

Head unit is running front to the SYN-6 for the in boats and rears to the SYN-2 towers with sub going into ch 5-6 section of the SYN-6.

So you can fade from boat to tower and have sub control.

Not sure on the clarion parts for you, as I only designed the Wet Sounds portion of it so I am not sure what models they are using for the head unit and remotes. But, I think the CMD-5 for sure, as Clarion just showed the CMD-6 at CES and I do not think it is even shipping yet. Same with the 2009 remotes.

Even though Clarion is advertising the 2009 models, I am expecting the 2008 model head unit & remotes as that is what I have seen in the early 2009 boats. I wasn't sure if it was due to release from Clarion or in-stock at Tigé.
