Oooo, enhanced. Most things that are enhanced are fun.
I wanted one of these but did not want only 6 playlist's, I was wondering when they were going to come out with a new one that worked better. Great now this may have to be on the list.

Yeah, from the manual, it looks like the H/U will be a pretty slick interface. I wish that dummy me hadn't ordered the wrong one to start with......
Very nice looking jwanck11... I really like the looks of your boat.. Do you put your weight in the back lockers? Do you have a sub yet?
I had to laugh while I was reading this post. I posted some time ago about my new stereo and speakers I put in my boat and stated that my wife wouldn't let me blast it while she was in the boat anyway. Yesterday we went out to test the new FAE on the boat (this was her first time since installed). She wouldn't even let me turn the stereo ON!!! She said is was nice and quite and her and the other ladies wanted to talk. Well I guess that answered the FAE question... I just want to know does the stereo sound better w/ a FAE while you are surfing...

Next time I won't ask her to go.
haha...maybe you need to ask Tim if WetSounds could develop some really nice headphones so you don't disturb your wife.

Thanks for the kind words... we love her! the previous owners neglected her and there are definitely wear marks not shown in the picts, but they will be resolved one by one.
hehehe!!! Off comes the FAE!
I have a Clarion 10" sub beneath the drivers seat. It is open air and had a decent thump but was a bit tinny at the same time. Too bad there is little control over it even with the kicker bass remote control. Even on a very modest level I was able to hear the stereo from quite a ways away.
The kickers in the boat put out a beautiful sound. they created an environment over playing music. I have heard a few stereos at the marine shop with far more speakers and was amazed at the difference in this system. Kicker done good.

Tell me about it. I usually don't listen very well, but there were other people on the boat so I didn't want to show my butt. It really was nice and quiet though.

Can you post a picture of this please. I have a 12" wetsounds sub I need to add and I was thinking under the seat would solve 2 things for me. I would like my seat higher and I don't want the sub under the dash. I have the droop nose hull and sometimes we take water over the bow and under the dash is the only place I can keep towels and clothes dry. I have a design to build a box this winter but haven't seen any posts about someone putting there sub under the seat. I wanted to ask but wasn't sure about it.
Thanks

That can probably be improved with some tuning.

My apologies Dale! The sub is under the dash - I misspoke!
Thinking about it though I cant see why a box sub under the driver's chair wouldn't work... and as an added benefit your wife might want to drive more.
