Grill to fit WetSounds XS-12 sub?

We had the XS-12 installed in our boat, but it has no grill. We have two VERY active 5 year old boys, and I imagine it is only a matter of time before someone or something hits the face of the sub. Our dealer Matt called WetSounds to get a grill for it - but WetSounds does not make a grill for that sub!

Has anyone installed a grill to protect their XS-12? If so, what kind, and was anything special involved in making it fit?

I am considering the same sub and was wondering the same thing. There should be one out there that fits.

We only manufacturer the 10 inch grille. As there is more demand for the 10 inch with the grille than the 12 inch with a grille. As many installs with the larger woofer go into a box and many are down fired or to the side etc...So a lot of the installs do not need a grill.

We may offer one in the future.
