Update!

Well, after almost a year, my son has finally made some progress on his Jeep stereo rebuild. Here are a few pics of the custom enclosure for the Wet Sounds XXX sub. It's now primed and ready for a coating of bed liner. Next will be a 2nd pair of xs-650, to be powered off a Syn4 along with a pair already installed, but currently running off the H/U. The next pair of xs-650's will be going in a custom made MDF and Plexi sound bar with LED's across the roll bars.

It's a very complex shape, and has a double baffle-board, but the est on the gross internal volume is about 1.4cf, then subtract the speaker basket, 40lb magnet , and the cut-outs for the tailgate, and we think is will be between 1.0-1.2cf.
