Just like the car business, the new models will roll out early fall. Your boat was not built during the "06 production runs", or it would be an 06. Your boat is an 07, built just like every other 07.

Dont take this the wrong way, but why do you try so hard to find things about your boat you do not like? You've got a sweet, brand new boat............be proud, go have fun with it!
Jeez did that get some bees in a bonnet or what.

Hell I was not complaining it was built in 06 I was like just observing and mentioning it. The advantage actually was in my court with it being built in 06since it sat on the dealers lot for a full season and part of 06 providing a deeper discount for me.

Being on the lot so long tells me a few things I was wondering about like the grease on the block, trailer swap out and vendor change, CMD4 vs CMD5....

In truth the only things I meant to bitch about after delivery was bad service, a busted jack and the utter lack of prep. I am extremely happy with the boat but being an experienced boat owner I have found issues that strike me as odd and I have mentioned them. Guess it is the rookie Tige poster in me.

My policy should be "No more comments from the Peanut Gallery" WTF

I am confused. I do not see where I posted the quote you put up.

I posted "Turns out that it is a 2007 model built in late 06 which explains...... "
which IMHO was an observation not a bitch!

Even if I said what was quoted it was stated that the boat is a 2007 20V. It went on to say that it was built in 2006 production runs but it did not mean to imply that it was a 2006 model.

The birth of the boat was a production run that occured in 2006. Again not a bitch complaint or derivative there after...........................

          All better now

Wet Sounds in and tuned music is fine, interior is clean, DPS is cleaned up, Jarhead is calm and so on.....

...and what did it have to do with a Perko switch or Isolator?

Mine is a 2005 built in July 2004. Some things that are diferent from later 05 builds were xmd4 instead of xmd3 and an update to taps that will hold the taps position for 5 minutes after boat is turned off. My taps always goes back to full wake setting wich is a pain to always move back to correct setting
                  Let it be!!!

Imagine owning a 50 year old that has never been in the water, and not being sure exactly when it was really built....

                      It just looks like one.....

we were joking in off-topic mode about boat builds... I have this old wooden boat I bought a while back that someone started building but never finished. Materials and method point to it being about 50 years old, but I know not much more than that, so I really do not know when it was built.
