Boat ride is scheduled for 11:00 on 04/18. All parts in for Wet Sounds, ZX550-2 and 2nd battery install.
Friday 04/18 is the big day. Inspect boat again. Inspect trailer. Launch boat and get Tige ride, retrieve boat and haul her to Illinois and see if indeed it fits in garage. Saturday and Sunday Install Pro-60's on tower with trick mounts. Should be good to go on Monday. Have Monday off so if weather improves we will head to Lake Geneva for the day.

lets see how much sleep you get tonight. Tomorrow is the big day.
Wet Sounds up on Tower and Wired! Zx550.2 installed and running. Dc power routed to isolator, perko and 2nd Battery. Install almost complete. Had to move primary battery to make room for islolator and perko, moved battery tray and battery forward in the under seat location. Factory ground connection came out of battery terminal at 23:10 when hooking power up. I need to check isolator in morning when awake. it seems that I only have power to stereo and no other systems at moment. I will need to fix ground connection to primary battery and buzz wiring to see what I missed. need to check voltages in/out of Perko and in/out of isolator. All in all a long day but the worst of the work is over. Man does the tower get heavy with just two Pro-60's on it. Powder coat on billets chips off real easy. Unfortunately I need to lower and raise tower each time I take her out. Time to work out again.
Pictures later. Boat is stayin in garage till next weekend. 1 beat jarhead.
BTW Pro-60's sound great
I think you have it wired correctly, but just to clarify. The Iso has 1 input from the Alt, this would be the Common. It has 2 outputs, one to each battery.
With the engine running, you should have Alt voltage at all 3 terminals, with engine off, you will only read battery voltage on output 1 and 2. I think this is what you are seeing right now.

Correct. But I can't turn on blower or running lights this way. They all seem to be tied to the wiring that runs back to alternator. Is this common?
I would think that the blower should have power without engine running as well as nav and anchor lights plus cockpit lights. The only way for me to get these on is make what I think is the alternator lead, red lead which goes to circuit breaker (thermal) on the floor hot. Doing this kind of defeats the purpose of the isolator.
Boat is in garage at moment and I have not tried starting motor yet. It will crank but again the items which I think should always have power don't unless I make what I think is alternator lead hot.
I do have 12vdc at the B1 & B2 terminals of the isolator and nothing at common since it goes to alternator and what appears to be other house wiring. Seperate leads for bilge float goes to Pos of batt 1.
Perko switch is operating ok so being redundant it appears the Alt Positive lead is also positive to house wiring which will have 0 vdc unless running.
