Where is 200 HZ?

    My only choices to import from in ITunes, are from my computer??? How do I download them from the internet. Once they are downloaded and saved in my PC, i have plenty of options. I just dont know how to get them into my PC. If I left click, it plays, if I right click, I dont see any option to download

      Ok, I fingered it out; rt click, click "save target as", choose location, click save.
