Monster Tower Wet Sounds

Question for you all.

I'm getting a pair of black Pro 60s from xpjim and am pondering getting some b-stocks to go with them. I would like a 485, but I'm not sure that it will fit on the Monster Tower with a pair or 60s. Any thoughts? The lower cross bar is 39" on the inside, so the 30" 485 would take up most of it. Would the 485 on the lower bar and the 60s on the upper bar work? Also, the 485s left are white. I suppose I could get a cover for it to match.

You could always run a set on the top of the tower and problem is solved. IMO this looks dumb....but it's an option if you think it looks ok--it is after all YOUR boat so what I think is inconsequential.

I've seen it done with some other speakers and don't really care for the look either. It just might fit all on the one bar, but it would be tight. I might just go for some Pro 80s instead. Still undecided. All I know is I want it to

Kyle - I just put up my 80's and 60's yesterday... It's pretty tight up there on my stock tower... But it's the shizzle... They look so bad a$$ up there like a wall of sound...

You can get speaker sox to match the look of the speakers... I have black speaker sox and white speakers so I have the best of both worlds... They sound great with the sox on the speakers. I rarely take them off...

I've been looking at Jim's thread and LBXs and am starting to think the 80s and the 60s are the way to go. I know Jim's are the MB-8s, but the same size, plus I think my 2 subs in the boat can kick the bass for me. There is still part of me that thinks the 485 would be bad AZZ!!!

Who has what on their Monster Tower?

I have 2 pair of the Monster Tower cans on my tower. You can fit up to 3 of these. I would think there's enough room for the 485's The tower is kinda low and I'm always bumping my speakers with my head.

That is my other worry, but maybe I'll just have to learn to duck. I know 1 485 will fit on the there, but not sure about fitting everything on there.

Hey, I know Monster Tower sells the 485s, so why not ask them. They'll now what kind of tower you have.
