How to get video's on your Ipod????

Hey can anyone tell me how you get video's on a Ipod. I can download video via Itunes but I would like to be be able to put some lake video's on it.

Do you have a Mac or a PC?

I have a Mac and I use Mac the Ripper for step one (I won't go into what that's for... You may not need it...) And Roxio Popcorn as step two to "rip" to the iPod. If the video is unencrypted (Like a home movie) you can get away with using only Popcorn...
