ok so i picked up my buddies stuff today local! I called one my local shops i've dealt with, told him the budget and he said come on in i'll take care of ya. He sold me two Rockford amps -P450.4 & P250.2, Kicker 10" 4ohm marine sub, all the power wire, speaker wire, dist blocks & two PAC swithches for $500 out the door 
The msrp on the amps alone is somewhere around $650! Sometimes a good deal can be had local!
