The PPI amp you are using will deliver 1000 watts at 2-ohms, correct, per the early posts in this thread???
If so, and if you have the KICKER speakers configured to 4 ohms, they will get 500. The addition of the second 4-ohm subwoofer take the amp load to 2-ohms, the output to 1000 watts, and EACH speaker will get 500 watts.
If you want to put all 1000 into a single subwoofer, you would fine one with dual 4-ohm voice coils, and wire the coils in parallel.It's not an optical illusion.
It just looks like one.....
