I was able to finish everything by this weekend and take it out for its maiden voyage on Saturday.
Here are my isolator, switch and adding 2 additional batteries for a total of 3. I fused the power line to the amps with a 200 amp fuse and then I have Maxi fuses at the amp, so I should be well protected there. I had to move my shower and TAPS pump to get the 3rd battery to fit. I put my battery switch on the transom, so all I have to do is open the engine cover to switch it. I use 2 gauge and 4 gauge depending on the length of the run for the alternator and isolator connections. My new alternator came listed at 160 amps plus from DB.
