    RZ4 Stereo install

Started the install yesterday by mounting the amps.

Step 1a. Wedge self in to small compartment.

Step 1b. Remove really nice amp installed by dealer and replace with equally as nice amp. Note: Leave old amp connected while mounting new amp. This will allow the least amount of music listening downtime for the installer.

Step 2. Mount other two nice matching amps for sub and tower speakers.

Step 3. Look at how pretty they are and wait for remaining wire and two pairs of Pro60s to arrive.

Dope dude. What are you going to do with the Punch 450?
You'll get your chance, smart guy.

No doubt....what are you doing with the 450.4

That year model is one of the better Punch amps on the market.

We noticed your tower was a little naked this past weekend. Glad to see you have it under control. You are lucky you can fit in the compartment to install your amps. Ours it tight and once in, plan on staying awhile. Nice job so far with the install. Keep the play-by-play coming.

That is a ton of space compared what I had to do on my stereo install in fron of the driver section this week. I had to remove the heater and hose just to squeeze my upper body in. I will post some pics in the Stereo section. Looks good!

Don't know what I am doing with old amp yet.

Wiring - 1/0 AWG from battery to distribution block, 4 AWG from block to amps. 12 AWG to 16 AWG for speakers. All wiring is either Tsunami or Fosgate.

Yeah and those are just the good points! relocated the start batt, added the deep and mounted the iso in there as well as the stereo wiring of course. Not fun! Then there's the other side ...

Ok. Maybe it wasn't a dark scary hole, but I did spend three hours standing on the trailer, hung over the gunnel, with my head in the rear locker adding a isolator, 4 position switch, and a Optima blue top. Today I feel like i got hit with a baseball bat across the ribs.

Wow, I am "really looking forward" to installing that grab bar on the swim platform now. Having to dig behind the engine and battery areas.

haha I am really looking forward to you installing it too! Based on how yours goes I am either gonna do mine or just have my dealer do it! haha but seriously I'm looking forward to your write up for it. (I think you said you were doing one) Which bar did you decide to go with?
