Temp Sensor/reader

Has anyone seen a temp sensor that could be portable that I could put on my amps and then have it sent to a gauge? Just wondering if something like that exists? Didn't want to start looking for a non existance item. Does this make sense?

I have an extra space in my dash where I could put a gauge like this.

Somebody makes an amp temperature gauge, I have seen it but cannot think who made it. Maybe Google it and see what pops up. I remember thinking at the time was sort of pricey for what it was. I don't have a good spot for extra gauge was was going to use a infrared thermometer to watch them for a bit and at least what they typically run, then got even lazier and just monitor it with the hand on the case method.

seems the range is from 40 to 140 in price. The 140 actually says amps, not sure I'll pay 100 bones for that!

There is such a thing as temp tape. There are different ranges. You apply it to the what ever you want and the indicators will blacken out when that temp is reached.

Hit up hobby shops. They have guns and remote sensors designed to use for r/c cars to get readings from the engine sinks.
