Kicker KM10 Marine sub, need amp recommentation

Hi guys, the season is almost here and I could not help getting a sub to add to my Tige 21i( 2005 model with 'premium sound package). It has 6 speakers (Clarion) + one Clarion Ax280 (200 watt) amp (I think)? I wanted to add a sub under the driver side (Kicker KM10). My question is: What is the best amp & wattage I should have to get a balanced, powerful , yet clean sound? I was thinking of the Kicker Zx400.1 mono sub (400 Watt) ?

Budget is around $500. I already ordered the Sub , paid $116, so that leaves about $400. Is that enough for a great setup?

Yeah you can do killer single multi channel amp with that. I will post some more info tomorrow, as I am only checking in right now.
