Grounding the amp

ok so i'd already bought the stuff. It doesn't hurt to use the fused dist block does it? Or should i just run one 60 amp fuse at the battery? Or are the fuses in the amp enough?

If I already had a fused block, I would use it. I just found a local deal on a couple of stinger blocks that weren't fused. I just wanted to make sure I didn't HAVE to have a fused block.

Fuses are more applicable in an automobile where the entire chassis is grounded. You don't have the same situation in a boat, unless you are on a carrier or something.

Funny that you said that, I was an Electrician on a Cruiser.
