HTX6 / Speaker issue

I have a wetsounds HTX6 and and have one of four in boat speakers not working. The speaker is fine, it works when I plug it into another location. It is the amp, an RCA (unlikely) or the speaker wire.

Before I start tearing into the wiring, the amp LED is blue, then blinks red/purple 3 times.

I cannot find what this sequence means. Does anyone know?

Where is the suspect speaker getting its signal from? In other words, what chnl is it on and what mode is the amp set in/how many RCA to the amp?

You can swap RCA to see if the problem moves or stays, and unplug speaker outputs and move them around.

Looked at the speaker outputs and found one of the wire pairs had pulled out of the quick disconnect plugs. I put the wire back in and screwed them down, but it seems the connection is less than completely secure. Will see if it holds...
