The nautique in the opening post is not mine, I just used it as an example as I was trying to get that designer/fabricator to replicate it but with the Tige logo.

I am super interested but i would like to know how solid the design is. It looks great but for me with teenagers im not sure it would hold up. The Nautique one looks super solid . Please keep me updated when they come in , pm me if you need. They look incredible!!!!

its 1/8" thick steel. If needed, we can have it "lab" tested Even the Rev-A aluminum ones are going to be sturdy as they will be 3/16" thick.

Ok, finally retrieved the grills from the bowls of the USPS after being MIA for a day. Three are in the hands of the powder coater and 2 held back and left bare.

Vent grills back from being coated! One already on its way to Larry in WY for his 2018 RZX2, one will be going out to Glenn in OH for his 2017 RZX2 and one for Langwell if he wants to email me his shipping address. Can have it there before the weeks out.

I held 2 back if anyone wants a raw one for custom color.

Mike, are you talking about platform brackets for Skiers Choice boats?? If so I'm interested what you are coming up with as we ordered some stuff from SC and got the exact same cast garbage back for a known problem.

Also the vents look killer. We unfortunately aren't doing much for custom stereo installs mostly due to time constraints(and not my strong suit but we are growing and want to be able to offer more from Service) plus we don't have space for a boat to sit inside that long. Just swapped a DSP for a Sinister series on 4 rev 10s, customer is hopefully going to be happier. He hasn't heard em yet. Would be curious to pick your brain on some tuning stuff.

Tower speaker mounts for the upper and lower.

                            Gotcha.

So main question on tuning sinister would be WS recommended setting at high instead of full. AGAIN, sound is not my game, but to me it sounded terrible without any bottom to it. Especially with the way Tige 7" is as you can't change EQ at all. Which is odd as you can on supra, odd software changes for same hardware. A
Is there something I am missing about tuning in relation to full vs high??

                              Good question,

I prefer running speakers on hi-pass, over full. In short, hi-pass allows us to tune the gain a little "hotter" and we can get more volume then if we set it to full. Depending on the system, there may be a noticeable sound difference at rest and at low to moderate volume, but when the boat is on plane and we need the volume higher, we begin to hear the speaker distort brought on by the full setting. Amp also runs more conservative and less stress on the speaker all the while getting more out of the system.

The next part of this, is the need for a woofer, to provide those desired low frequencies. Even a mild 10" woofer setup with 200-300 watts is enough to provide what a small in-boat will not effectively reproduce.

Bottom line, even without a woofer, we still want to run hi-pass, but the size of the speaker will determine the cross over frequency. it will be lower, but we still need to limit what the speaker plays.

Feel free to call me tomorrow or whenever and we can go over this boat in real time. 704-six one six, for 7 for 9 just need to confirm which SD amp is now driving those 4 rev-10.

                                Hey Mike,
Wife scored a new job so been out celebrating a bit. Will be in early to shrinkwrap a couple boats. Will definitely call you after. The in boats are split via zone control for bow and aft speakers (ch 1 and 2), and sub is bridged all via 6 channel dsp, 4 rev 10s were on 2 channel dsp in parallel. Switched to sinister due to....long story. Will holler at you for sure tomorrow. It's the Sinister SD2 now running the 4 rev 10s
