How is this for speaker wire? I'm only running 60 rms watts to each speaker.

For 60W rms, 16ga is fine. Tinned is ideal for salt and brackish boats. OFC is fine for fresh water boats. Jacketed is great for tower runs but but way overkill for in-boats.

I'm in fresh water. So I don't need tinned for battery cables either? I'm doing a blue sea add a battery as well.

Tinned is great, but not a necessity for a fresh water boat. Not talking you out of tinned, just know that quality 100% OFC is just fine.
