I have decided to do the enclosure and go with a single 12. I have no idea how to do it but I will do some looking on the web for dimensions. So the system " bar any changes" would be , A pair of rev 10's, 3 pair of the 650's , One 12" sub in a enclosure, One sd6. What would you recommend for the other amp? You mentioned a dx4?

Yes, for a single pair, the Syn-DX4 is the best bang for the buck. The SD-2 would be an upper level option. This option would give you the ability to add a 2nd pair later.
