best amps for the money

so I got a new ride coming and im planning on doing 2 xxx12 in it again as my previous boat had and im wondering what amps would drive em to the potential, thinkn about doing 2 SD~2 WETSOUNDS or looking at 2~ t1500cpbd Rockford fosgates any info would be great
