Clarion CMD5 and Sirius not working

I am trying to activate my Sirius for the first time since buying my boat but can't get it working.

I have the Clarion CMD5 with the CLA-SC1 connected to the Sirius radio. When I press the SAT button on the CMD5 nothing happens and when I scroll through the options using the Source button SAT never shows.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thats an indication that the head unit is not seeing the SAT receiver. Was that CLA-SC1 already installed and hooked up? Try unplugging it from the had unit and pulling the power harness from the head unit for a few minutes.

Yes, everything was already hooked up.

I tried this last night and still having the same problem. I've found the CLA-SC1 for sale at a decent price but the Sirius Connect SCC1 is another story. Do you know if there is a replacement for this?
