Remote control

I have just picked up my 2012 Z3 it has a aftermarket JVC stereo installed. I am trying to figure out how to connect it to driver remote. Any ideas will help

What model # is the head-unit and what brand and model remote are you trying to integrate? The head-unit and remotes have to be the same manufacturer in order to work. Im 99% sure that JVC did not have a remote on the market back in 2012 and not even sure they had released their marine/power sports head-unit yet. It supports a remote, which was just released this spring.
