Coaxial output from deck, no amp

We just bought an '07 24ve. It has Samson Tower speakers with a Clarion deck and cockpit speakers. There are RCA cables coming out the back of the deck but we cannot find an amp anywhere in the boat. Are the Samson speakers typically wired with RCA cables?

Sounds like someone kept/swipped the amp, but left the tower speakers. No, RCAs will not drive a speaker, you need an amp.
