Sorry for the off-topic post but I have been looking for an answer to this question and the pics/tower question reminded me. Mike, do you know of any "good" way to replace the swivels on the e-series towers? Mine have started losing the ball bearings and won't lock anymore so I just pulled the levers, drilled and tapped them to run a lock-screw through them that I have to tighten and loosen to swivel the racks.

Back on topic I have a Rev 410 and 2 Icon 8's on the same tower, is it fairly easy to get 2 Rev 410's up there or am I better off replacing the Icon 8's with Rev 10's?

Adding a pair of rev10's can be pushed by a SD6 as a single amp... For two rev410's you'll want multiple amps..

              Let see more pics Mike!!!

Worked all day but didnt get pics before leaving the shop.

Tower is rewired with new 12ga for each pod, speakers are hung, main cranking battery is turned so to make room for the ballast fill/drain hose, main battery switch is relocated higher in the locker so its easier to reach with the custom surf sacs, holes drilled in the rear locker walls for the fill/drain hoses, holes drilled for the intake thru-hulls.

Those swivels are unique to Tige. its been awhile since i had mine apart modifying it and dont remember the bearings. They are not hard to take apart, I did it and had a machine shop cut a scallop in them so they locked on inward position. The only real issue ever experienced with them was the weak bolts they were prone to break. I had same shop weld in a gusset to reinforce it.

Two Rev-410 is going to be a trick. You will need TC3-S clamps on both pair. This would give you the ultimate in sound quality and output. The next best (in sound quality) would be to flank the current 410 with a pair of rev-10. I run this on my active display with an SD-6 and its an OMG off the hook setup in terms of output and yet still smooth and balanced. With the 410 centered, it would an easy upgrade to add the Rev-10s.

What amp do you currently have driving the 410? a Syn-4 could be added to drive the Rev-10's or an SD-6 mentioned earlier, will drive whole setup. A Syn-4 would also drive a pair of 410's, but the SD-4 would be the most ideal single amp for them. Lots of options, but knowing what amp is currently there, makes it easier.

Ok, finally got some pics before calling it a day

One of the hard parts of adding an a EQ like the WS-420BT, like we are, is dissecting the factory harness in order to pull out the OEM RCAs. Tige does an excellent job at wrapping and harnesses in that locker.

Looks like things are coming along nicely!

Does it get easier drilling the holes for the thru hulls after you do a few of them? I was sooooo nervous when I did mine, if I was in your line of work I think I would have a nervous breakdown!

                            Yesterdays pics and update:

Prop is on but no pics. its a shiny thingy, you get the idea

Bow sac plumbing complete. Rear sacs plumbing 90%. All thats left is to put the sacs in place, plug up the fill port and then finalize the length of the vent line, cut and connect it
