I thought both channels were amplified yet one was controlled by the knob...I guess I misunderstood the product.

I believe thats correct. Both outputs have an increase line level but only one has variable volume control. The other is fixed level. So in a sense, its only a single zone volume control.

Can you adjust the line out voltage? I don't see a screw or anything...

Can you adjust the line out of the kicker? Or is it just the remote knobs that do that?

When you say two separate volume controls, are you talking about the Tige Touch control and the 420? One of the (many) reasons I like the 420 is the ability to adjust the overall volume quickly. As cool as the Tige Touch is, I think it's too slow for most of the audio functions, particularly adjusting the volume. (I haven't seen Tige Touch 2 in action, but I can't imagine how buttons could ever be as fast as knobs.) I suggest taking a hard look at the 420 and trying one out if you know anyone around you that has one. It's one of my favorite upgrades.

            Congrats on the new boat.

No. You just need to set the amp settings to accommodate the 9V input.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have had a WS420 EQ in my last boat. I really liked it, so much that I Removed my deck and ran it straight into the WS420.

the new Tige Touch 2 is really well put together. If you use the Bluetooth adjustment then the phone volume adjustment is lightning quick... In addition to I got a rear transom remote and don't want to negate that by doing all the volume throttling through the WS420...

Thanks man, were super stoked for our first Tige!

What would you think about putting in an equalizer in like the Audio Control EQX

                  http://www.amazon.com/EQX-AudioContr...diocontrol+eqx

I don't want to put in a full blown Arc PS8, but I would like to tune the response of my interiors and towers a little better than the knob on the amp...

                  Any thoughts?
