Detonate - Here is a pic of the helm sub and there are a few more in the posting. Not the best pics but hard to get with little light under that area. I have heard good things about earmark and also hydrotunes in that area, but chose scream as Tim was excellent to deal with and was eager to take on the boat. He seemed to get my vision. I originally wanted a 15"cxt in the port locker, but it required a huge box and also a lot larger budget than I wanted!! This setup is terrific and not much I would change on it. One thing to consider is the product that earmark sells. Do they have a sub that is capable of this wattage and with the warranty Treo carries?

Thanks for heads up on led rings. I might order the WS ones and be done with it. I also thought about lighting the entire area around the cup holders with RGB leds and not doing the speakers.

My last boat I did the tower, interior speaker rings, and cup holder rings...
      http://youtu.be/tE9tFoZFSeU

In my opinion, at night it was just WAAAAAAAAAY too bright....

I love the diffused look of the wetsound rings on the REV10's... I think I want to add some downlight from above the cup holders.

And then maybe do the RGB lights on the 650's with an LED pixel behind the tweeter, like here:

Earmark does conversions for existing wetsound speakers...

Detonate- I wont do the cup holders. I thought about running a strip above the side cup holder area where the black plastic insert is on the newer tige boats probably the same area your thinking. It would shadow downwards basically. Scream does leds but holy F I had to quit somewhere!! I know its time consuming and that's why they charge a chit load so Ill do em to save.

I figured you would've seen my boat down there as it was there a couple weeks for the install.

Been trying to decide between Scream Marine and Earmark to do my install.

In all my previous boats, I've always done all this work myself. But with my boat being so new, I really want to leave that install to the Pro's!!
I gotta give the nod to Earmark, nothing against Scream. David, who retired a year+ back, has been a tremendous asset to this and other forums. Oden, who now owns Earmark, is not as active on the forums, but is a wealth of knowledge to anyone designing and building a marine system. Ive learned alot from David over the years. He and I talk every couple of weeks or so. Ive also done biz with Earmark as well.

Been researching a bit and it seems a tossup on cost if I were to make or buy the rings.
Not sure if I am misreading your post, but if you have RGB tower speaker LEDs, they are wired direct to the controller with a 4 conductor. They do not get wired with an individual B+ and ground, only the controller does.

My tower speaker leds were installed earlier on and are supposed to be the rgb rings with only the blue led hooked up so I am tagging off the B+ switch for them now on the starboard side of boat. I don't want to spend the time wiring the tower for rgb as the wires are buried behind the throttle lever cover and some other things I would have to remove however I will look into them a bit more and if its an easy fix I will add rgb to them. I am adding a controller to the leds I'm currently putting in.

Was the Wet Sounds RGB controller included from the factory on your 2015? If so, I find it odd that all colors were not hooked up and I expect that the tower is pre-wired with 4-con.

No the rings were dealer installed along with the rev10s to save $$. I initially didn't think I would do a rgb controller so didn't order with it, but the dealer installs the rgb ring in case I decide later to add the controller. It gave it a lil consideration and wish I would've ordered at the time. The wiring harness for them is buried under the seat compartment area and I haven't tore into the rev10s to see what got hooked up.

Im still having a hard time understanding the interface between the single color tower rings and potential in-boat rings and controller. If i were installing a controller for in-boats RGBs, I would not want it controlled via the tower light output. I would wire the controller to a post-main switch B+ so you can use the interior LEDs any time you want. Leave the single color LEDs as is until you are ready to wire up the remaining colors.

I'm with chpthril. I've got all of my RGB LED's ready to go & will wire completely independent of the existing lights.

I do have a "mood light" option open on my TT since I didn't order them that I could tie the RGB into. What does it take to activate the option or does a dealer have to do? Any idea of what color of wire or where the terminal is located to tie into this? I messed around with the RGBs a bit and like the towers a solid color so won't do them RGB for now as there will be plenty of them flashing in the boat.

The RGB controller remote has a power button, so a secondary switch vie the TT is not neede, but can be used. As long as the controller is powered by the helm BUS, it will be powered down when the switch is off.

Dont know wire color, but I imagine there is a fused output thats labeled.

I will look around for the mood light wire as I want the controller to be on a switch so it won't run during the day and use batteries. I was hoping you fully interrogated that ASR you had in
One thing I did notice under the dash are 2 rca type male plugs that are marked "video". Any idea if these are for input of a camera like the tower camera option? Hoping I can hook my go pro up to it.

The TT mood light has to be activated in the dealer screen to use it if it wasn't ordered. Its a simple click to activate it and then there is power to the wire which is ran right behind the throttle in the 15 model with murphy. Its blue with a yellow stripe down it. In the bundle with the tower light and led wire FYI.

I ran my RGB controller off this switch and will still have the remote control functions of the controller also. Will post pics later of wire location and functions.

As far as RCA's It looks like they are for the factory tower camera so I ordered some wiring to plug into it so I can view my Gopro on the TT. Will post my findings later and what cables I used.
