    May have found the culprit for noise:

    RCA's for the tower speakers run around bow to the helm and then hit a knob to control volume and work their way back to the amp. I wired the LED's along the same path.

    I will try plugging directly to from h/u to amps and bypass that RCA cable and see if the buzz disappears.

      Yup.... 100% I ran led power line parallel with those rca cables.... Quick jumper of rca cable directly to amp cutting out the volume control removed buzz. Lesson learned.
