Just wanted to share my experience recently with exile. My dealer had been stringing me along for six weeks trying to get a speaker exchanged for me and so in frustration I reached out to exile directly to see if they could help. They were amazing! Brian and Natlie stepped up big time. I had a trip planned and wanted to make sure I had my system complete. They literally did everything in their power to make my experience with them exceptional. I just wanted to share some feedback that was positive from dealing with a company directly. Hopefully this thread will encourage us to share good experiences with great companies that we come across.
