blown speaker?

I have wetsounds xs-65i in boat speakers and the woofer is not putting out any sound. The tweeter is still working. Any thoughts on what the problem might be or do I have a blown speaker?

Could be a failed, certainly. I would try to isolate by swapping with a known good speaker in the boat, preferably one thats driven by the other half of the amp. See if the suspect speaker plays normal or the same when in a different location and if the good speaker plays normal or no mid-bass when in the suspect location. Make sure the amp (2 switches if a 4 chnl) is set to Hi-Pass. Full-Range and enough wattage can blow a mid-bass.
