2014 Wet Sounds setup. Dead in the water.

Seems like these Tigé boats are just riddled with issues. Was on the water for the 2nd day in a row and my stereo just died. USB still feeds to the deck, touchscreen (display). Amp is on and has power - No blinking or anything... solid blue power light. WS EQ is on and powered. Dealer just told me to take it to a stereo shop and have them figure it out....

Is there such a thing as a trouble free Tigé?

I would take it to the shop that installed the EQ as they will be familiar with how they set it up. Any display on the CLARION head unit in the glove box? Did you try other modes on the head-unit like Tuner or AUX? Did you go directly to the back of the EQ with 3.5MM cable and MP3 source with the EQ source input on AUX?
