need some stereo help before memorial day in Denver area

I have whatever the most basic system is in our 2013 RZR, 4 little speakers and a head unit. The problem is I can't even get Pandora to work on that. Does anyone have any recommendations to get at least the head unit replaced so that we can use Pandora from a phone or perhaps get a proper system with some tower speakers installed by this Friday in the Denver area?

Pricey, but I LOVE my iStreamer. Note it is only for iDevices. Check out this thread at post #12.

This little DAC is a big improvement on any other way to link a phone. Output is a pair of RCAs that go into the back of your head unit (be sure you have an open input).

Do you not have bluetooth with the tige touch? I use Pandora and Bluetooth on my 13 RZ4.

Hmm.. If you have the Clarion CMD6 head unit it comes Bluetooth ready and with Tige touch you should be able to Bluetooth stream. I didn't think they offered the Bluetooth with Tige touch and not have it stream with the head unit. If you give WWS a call they should be able to let you know if its standard feature on all Tige touch and clarion units. If you are looking for anything aftermarket wise in a stereo I would give Liquid Power Sports in Fort Collins a call.

Contact chpthril (Mike) on here. He's great and very helpful as you probably have seen reading through the different forums.

You may want to check with your dealer. Some of the early 2013's were missing the blue tooth receiver. My 2013 was one of them.

The issue may not be the head-unit, but your device. Are you trying to stream pandora through the devices data port or the 3.5mm head-phone jack?

I also find it odd that your 2013 has a CMD6? This seem odd to me, thats a 4 year old model.

Good luck with getting anything done by Friday, im booked through July here

Hi chp, was trying to connect thru the USB and thru the Tige touch bluetooth via Android phone. The phone can find the boat, but it doesn't seem to reach the stereo head unit. Is it possible there is a wire or line from the Tige touch unit to the back of the head unit that's needed? sorry, my stereo knowledge is very weak.
Yeah, it does suck about the CMD6 head unit, but that's why I need to get the whole system redone. In the meantime I really need some type of tunes for this upcoming weekend.

Hi wils, I texted Nick earlier today, since I did buy it new at the end of last season from WWS. I guess he's pretty good at doing stereo stuff as well.

The Tige touch is nothing more then a glorified stereo remote, thats how the head-unit sees it. So its not the TT that you are trying to connect to or through, it would actually be the head-unit, if there was a BT connected to it.

I do not think the CMD6 supports any type of BT that connects via data line, only a universal that connects to the AUX RCA's. Not positive on this, maybe Tige, Medallion and Clarion got together and built one. I know the Medallion BT that comes on Malibus, connects to the Rockford/Prospec BB via the AUX for the audio. Its sync mode is accessed through Maliview.

What USB are you plugging into? I do not recall if Android will stream via USB, need to look into that one.

the front of the CMD6 head unit has a USB port. but neither myself or my phone tech savy 17 yr old daughter could get it functioning Sunday. Maybe the AUX mode is what were looking for in order to stream Pandora, not sure.

Ok, i just took a quick look at the CMD6. It indicates "BT Ready" which translates to "u need to buy more stuff" as in the BLT373. I do not recall the CMD6 having front USB, just rear. From the Clarion site

                              Direct USB iPod control

The smart USB connection enables you to continue enjoying your favourite tunes offshore. Just connect your iPod’s USB cable to the CMD6’s rear USB input and you get complete control of your iPod including genre/album/song title search, and you can even use your iPod’s control wheel (Simple control mode
I think it will also support files on a flash drive.

Your android will stream via the head-phone port as well as through BT, thats what I do.
