In Jason's 21i, we had the main cranking and house battery, ACR and on-board charger all in the starboard mid-ship locker.
The ACR will not need to be accessed, but being able to see the combined light is nice. Same with the charger. Other then having the AC cable where you can reach it, theres nothing else to with the charger but see the indicator lights. If you do locate it in that small locker with the batteries, I would suggest leaving the door open during charging. 4ga cables for the ACR to battery and 14ga for GND wire, with a 5A fuse.

EVERYTHING EXCEPT NEW STEREO SYSTEM.FUSE WOULD BE FOR THE ORIGINAL +/- FROM BATTERY TO MOTOR.IT CALLS FOR A FUSE BETWEEN TERMINALS A&B OF ACR TO BATTERIES.I HAVE THE KICKER 100 AMP FUSE FOR THE STEREO AND ALSO AN EXTRA TSUNAMI 100 AMP CICUIT BREAKER THAT I COULD USE.THANKS AGAIN.Comment

You do not need to fuse the cables going to the ACR. You will not need any circuit protection between the cranking battery and starter.
